Jasmine was an employee of the New York branch of Parker Industries. She was the assistant to Raul, who was the assistant of branch manager Miguel O’Hara, secretly the time-displaced Spider-Man of 2099.
When Parker Industries was provided with a sample of Terrigen, the substance that triggers the mutagenic process that gives the Inhumans their special powers, Jasmine recommended her girlfriend, Doctor Rhonda Fleming, to help with the research. There was an accident in the lab and Rhonda was exposed to the Terrigen Mist and transformed into powerful Inhuman, renaming herself Glorianna. Glorianna’s new powers went to her head and made her believe she was now a god, deserving to be worshiped. Desperate to try and reason with her girlfriend, Jasmine rushed to the site of a battle between Glorianna and Spider-Man 2099. Unfortunately Jasmine was seriously wounded when she was accidentally struck by an attack that Glorianna had intended for Spider-Man. Jasmine survived, but the guilt ridden Glorianna exiled herself to remote mountains to avoid hurting her or anyone else again.

Sometime later Jasmine again found herself in a life threatening situation when Raul was turned into a zombie by a curse and attacked her. Jasmine barely managed to hold him off long enough for Spider-Man 2099 and his allies to defeat the villain, restoring Raul and the other zombies to normal.
Jasmine’s activities since Parker Industries went out of business are unrevealed.
